When preparing a healthy start to the day, rice flakes serve as a delicious substitute for traditional oatmeal.

Because they naturally do not contain gluten and can be prepared in countless ways, they are a great alternative to oatmeal when it comes to preparing a great breakfast.

More complex and “stronger” breakfasts such as HASH BROWN, COLD SALAD, or AVOCADO WITH EGGS are perfect for weekend cooking.

When the workweek arrives, your obligations are pressing, and you’re pressed for time, a quick and convenient breakfast option is rice porridge with a lot of additives.

A healthy and full morning is all we need!

Going to the bakery is not an option, so pour a little oat milk over rice flakes and start preparing breakfast that you can serve to the whole family and even babies.

Do you have 5 minutes? We know you have them, and they are enough for you for this wonderful breakfast! Yummy, isn’t it!?

Ingredients:

40g gluten-free rice flakes
20g chia seeds
1 teaspoon vanilla flavor
1 tablespoon erythrite
180ml oat drink

Optional toppings: Peanut butter, nectarine, tangerine, blueberries, almond flakes, rice pops

Preparation:

Mix the flakes, chia seeds, erythrite and vanilla, then add the milk and combine everything
Let the porridge sit for 5 minutes*, then top with fresh fruit, peanut butter, almond flakes and rice pops
If desired, drizzle with maple syrup.
