  • 2 eggs
  • 250ml almond milk
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp erythritol
  • 1 tbsp vanilla flavouring
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 apples

The preparation

  • Beat the egg whites until stiff.
  • Mix the egg yolks with erythritol and vanilla, then add the coconut oil, almond milk and grated apples.

  • Finally, fold in the egg whites by hand.
