You can ask your self do you need self care?

We often put other people before our needs.

Especially if you are a person who has a desire to help others or please others.

Regardless of how important our loved ones may be, neglecting ourselves is negative.

We rarely do something that is just for us. Our day is often subordinated to others and their expectations.

Either we think we are not worthy of self-love, or we cannot overcome the barriers to self-care.

You need to start putting yourself first!

It is not a luxury or selfishness if you take care of yourself. Everyone needs a reset, both physically and mentally, to simply regain strength and organize their busy lives.

How can you be of help to others if you constantly feel exhausted and overwhelmed?

Even if you don’t have enough time, you should find at least 5 minutes a day for a self-care activity.

This can be during your morning routine or evening routine or anytime during the day, depending on how you feel.

To get the rest you deserve, do it daily.

Both 5 -minute self-care activities will refresh you and give you the strength to continue.

It’s easier to take 5 minutes than to have a whole spa treatment, and we often postpone it.
