Ingredients
- 700 g peeled pumpkin
- 200 g flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 eggs
- a pinch of salt
- 1 cm grated fresh ginger
- a pinch of cinnamon
- oil for baking
- whipped cream and fruit for serving
Preparation:
- Cut the pumpkin into cubes and boil in water.
